Payments and EMI:

Payment Methods:

We have two payment methods i.e Pre-paid and Cash-on-Delivery.  We have different payment gateways like Razorpay, PayUmoney, and Paytm. 

The customer can make payments through credit cards and debit cards. While making payments the customer will have to provide information like name, debit/credit card number, and CVV number. Once the information is fed the checkout page shall redirect to the bank’s page for further OPT or 3D secure password.

EMI options:

EMI option is available for the Rayzorpay gateway only. 

EMI options are only applicable to Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Indusind Bank, RBL Bank, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, American Express and Bank of Baroda cards.

Payment Security:

We use Razorpay/PayUmoney/Paytm as the gateways for payment.

Certificates from the payment authorities for secure transactions as mentioned below:

**PCI DSS Level 1 Complaint, ISO 27001, and digicert EV SSL, TLS Encryption, PCI-DSS Compliance, 128 bit SSL encryption, and Tokenization.

We do not store any kind of data like (Card Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV, etc.,) to ensure that their Debit and Credit card are safe and secured.

Payment is successful but success page is not showing:

It is very rare when this kind of issue shows up with payments made. In case it is not showing on the page then do not panic, it usually takes 24-48 hrs for the gateways to settle the payments if there is an internal issue.

Cash-on-Delivery option:

Vitalticks’s Cash-on-Delivery option is only applicable to the products worth Rs. 10,000/-  only.

Payment failure after multiple trials:

Sometimes it may so happen when there is internet issue or server is down.
